Build-Reciprocal-Links.com provides users with a SitePromote Directory Service. You understand and agree that the use of this service will include certain communications from Build-Reciprocal-Links.com,
such as directory inclusion notifications and requests, service announcements, and administrative messages, and that these communications are considered part of the Build-Reciprocal-Links.com membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
Appropriate Site Title, Description and Category Selection:

Build-Reciprocal-Links.com reserves the right to make modifications to your site title, description, or category selection if it is determined that any of these items are inappropriate. Inappropriate content is described below.

Inappropriate content includes content that is unlawful, harmful, pornographic, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of anothers privacy, spammy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Sites that are deemed inappropriate will be subject to termination without a refund of any subscription paid.

If the link page used for reciprocating links cannot be reached within the stated number of clicks, your account will be subject to termination without refund.
SitePromote members do NOT appreciate being advertised through unindexed pages or unreachable pages.
You may make a case to us in writing if your SitePromote directory has a significant page rank and is not directly advertised on your home page.

Because Build-Reciprocal-Links.com has no control over such sites, you acknowledge and agree that Build-Reciprocal-Links.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites.
You further acknowledge and agree that Build-Reciprocal-Links.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Refund Policy:

All sales at Build-Reciprocal-Links.com are final. Under rare circumstances (and as mentioned in guaranteed 6 month refund) and at the sole discretion of Build-Reciprocal-Links.com will refunds be provided.
Under no circumstances will a refund be provided after 14 days of the subscription period have passed. If a refund is provided, a $5 service fee will apply.
